Skogman Realty is based in Iowa City / Cedar Rapids (ICR) and was founded in 1973 by Rick Skogman and since then has grown to become one of the largest locally owned real estate companies in eastern Iowa. Rick retired in 2008 passing the reins over to his son, Chris, who is currently the President.
