Where to even begin. Our whole experience with Diane has been top notch. My family and I were moving from LA to Iowa for work and we were trying to move straight into a house. A very difficult to do if you are 2,000 miles away. I made several trips out looking at different houses with Diane until we found the perfect one for us. Every step of the way she stayed in constant communication and kept us up to date on the escrow process. She took care of so many things for us I know I'm leaving things off but to name a few, she scheduled all the inspections, had several contractors come out to provide estimates for the roof, porch and other problem areas. She handled negotiating with the other realtor on some minor issues and really made the whole buying process a breeze. Any questions we had she answered right away, all hours of the day. When I say she went above and beyond for us, I really can't stress that enough. Even since we have moved into our house now she has always been just a phone call away for anything we need. Katie-is the best of the best! We had never really bought a house for almost 35 years and things had changed a bit. She answered all our questions or knew who could.
