In addition to Katie’s 20+ years’ experience helping clients, she is also the managing broker of the office she works out of, an active member of multiple committees, she co-heads a companywide event annually that has successfully raised over $250k for local nonprofit organizations over the years, and she is a past Director on the Board of Directors with the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors.

Katie’s base of loyal repeat clients, and referrals from past clients are the reason for her success. She is committed to listening to her client’s needs, and utilizing her experience and knowledge, paired with her keen negotiation skills to help her clients reach their real estate goals.
