The condo sold practically immediately for a very suitable price, with a closing date that worked for us and the buyers. She and her team were phenomenal throughout the process, from staging, to photographing, to listing. And the paperwork at the end for closing and the little extras went smooth as silk. It could not have been any less stressful.

KERRIE IS SO SKILLED IN WHAT SHE DOES,SHE KNOWS HOW TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE OF HER CLIENTS! Kerrie showed me properties in both Linn and Johnson counties. I was on a limited timeline and she stayed in constant contact with me regarding everything. She even brought me boxes and went to my inspection in mt absence.

Laura was always available and always willing to help. I got first time home buyers money and with that came LOTS of additional paperwork. Jeff was suggested to me from my sister and I'm so happy I listened to her. I was moving from Alabama to Iowa and was unsure of how the process worked.
