My brother needed assistance in selling his home in Cedar Rapids and finding a new one in Marion. I live in North Carolina. My sister lives in Minneapolis. My home sold on the first day it was listed, and though that sale didn't go through -- it was on the buyer and her Realtor, not on Will.
