When we bought this condo in 2019, Jill Armstrong and team were spot on in all regards in helping us get this place. In 2025, when it was time to sell, it was a no brainer as to who to use to sell it. Jill and her team know the market in this area exceptionally well. The condo sold practically immediately for a very suitable price, with a closing date that worked for us and the buyers. She and her team were phenomenal throughout the process, from staging, to photographing, to listing. And the paperwork at the end for closing and the little extras went smooth as silk. It could not have been any less stressful.
