Gunther is very expirienced. He's very good at giving his opinion on if a house is too expensive. He was always on the lookout for houses that fit what we wanted even with our very specific demands. He is also very knowledgeable on everything to expect as far as how the home buying process will go making your home buying experience a breeze! I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a realtor in the area and if you give him the opportunity to serve you, that you will be very pleased!

Mindy was not only professional and informed, but always felt like she cared about us. She always answered calls and texts in a very timely manner. Very knowledgeable and hard working. Jonathan provided some of the best customer service we've ever experienced, let alone in a real estate market that has gotten pretty crazy this past year or two. A highlight includes communicating roles and responsibilities really well and then executing of what he promised. For example, on the offer there wasn't a lot of pressure from Jonathan on how to structure the offer even as he was available to answer questions (i.e., a Jonathan advises, client decides part of the transaction) while on process matters we didn't have a lot of need to follow-up with our agent or even interact with our closer as those process matters were executed flawlessly (i.e., the Jonathan decides/acts part of the deal). Other positive elements of the experience include the referrals and resources including an inspector that did a great job and was available for follow-up, a home insurance agent that quoted us a better price and also was available to discuss options, and repair referrals that all did a great job with our fix-it projects. Jonathan is a wonderful Real Estate Agent and really easy and enjoyable to work with. I encourage anyone looking to buy in the Iowa City/Coralville area to give him an opportunity to work for you. You won't regret it.
