She was my advocate from beginning to end, and always available to answer the many questions I had throughout the buying process. I would highly recommend her to anyone who’s thinking about buying a house, and who wants a highly competent agent who will work hard for you from the beginning of your home search, and help you find the right home, and guide you through the closing, and finally to the possession date of your new home!

Heather was very educated and honest. She did an excellent job teaching me the process as we went through it. She showed concern with support about reservations during the entire process. I never thought buying a house would be so fun and easy!

KERRIE IS SO SKILLED IN WHAT SHE DOES,SHE KNOWS HOW TO TAKE SPECIAL CARE OF HER CLIENTS! Kerrie showed me properties in both Linn and Johnson counties. I was on a limited timeline and she stayed in constant contact with me regarding everything. She even brought me boxes and went to my inspection in mt absence.

My home sold on the first day it was listed, and though that sale didn't go through -- it was on the buyer and her Realtor, not on Will. He re-listed it immediately and again, it sold on the first day. I was happy with the entire process and would 100% recommend Will.

Our family moved from Central Iowa to the Corridor. We needed to find a home in short order and did not have the luxury of time. Liz was outstanding, understanding and extremely accommodating! Thanks to her we quickly found our home (which we absolutely love) and even got it for $15k under asking. While this is a positive where Liz’s amazingness is best highlighted is the first home we looked at. She learned it was coming on the market and before it did, since we were 2 hrs away, she dropped everything and did a tour with us via zoom. We are so grateful for Liz and what she did for our family!

Gunther helped my husband and I buy our first home in a time beset with sudden job uncertainty. Gunther worked with us for what ultimately was a 9-month process as we waited to make sure my husband would still be employed in Cedar Rapids. He patiently showed us lots of houses in that time, and we learned a lot about our preferences and priorities as a result. The location and kind of house I had in mind at the beginning of our search ended up being almost the complete opposite of what we bought, but that is okay! We are happy with our house and look forward to settling down after years of living overseas and locally in apartments. Our family of 4 is loving the extra space and the backyard!
