Where to even begin. Our whole experience with Diane has been top notch. My family and I were moving from LA to Iowa for work and we were trying to move straight into a house. A very difficult to do if you are 2,000 miles away. I made several trips out looking at different houses with Diane until we found the perfect one for us. Every step of the way she stayed in constant communication and kept us up to date on the escrow process. She took care of so many things for us I know I'm leaving things off but to name a few, she scheduled all the inspections, had several contractors come out to provide estimates for the roof, porch and other problem areas. She handled negotiating with the other realtor on some minor issues and really made the whole buying process a breeze. Any questions we had she answered right away, all hours of the day. When I say she went above and beyond for us, I really can't stress that enough. Even since we have moved into our house now she has always been just a phone call away for anything we need. Local recommendations for carpet, furniture, restaurants, anything. If you ever need to buy or sell a house around the Iowa City/Cedar Rapids area, look no further. We worked with Courtney Blair who was incredibly knowledgeable about options for our particular situation. Our dream house was listed on a Friday afternoon when we contacted Courtney who answered all our questions. She was particularly accommodating to our needs, buying from out of state, virtually touring the desired home on a Saturday with one of her team members, Hanna Yeager, and even submitting an offer on a Sunday afternoon after discussing all our options. For many different reasons, we really wanted that house, and she made it happed. Our offer was accepted on Monday and we could not be more excited. From then on, she worked with us and with the seller's team to make sure inspections and remediation were performed accordingly. The whole process could have not gone any smoother, and despite working against the clock to put down the best offer, we did not feel rush at all. Would recommend her and her team anytime!

Katie-is the best of the best! We had never really bought a house for almost 35 years and things had changed a bit. She answered all our questions or knew who could. She is very patient in helping you find what you want and the ropes to go to get there. We ended up buying by a "for sale by owner" and she was still suggesting things to help us! Thanks Katie!
