I’m Zach Manganello, a real estate professional serving Cedar Rapids and the surrounding Eastern Iowa communities. Born in Georgia and proud to call Iowa home since 2014, I’ve spent the majority of my adult life in Cedar Rapids, where I’ve grown my family, relationships, and my business.

My approach to real estate is rooted in effort and accountability. I believe you earn what you work for. I don’t wait for opportunities, I go find them. That mindset directly benefits my clients through proactive communication, strong negotiation, and a hands on approach that keeps transactions moving forward with clarity and confidence.

My real estate skills were sharpened in Denver, where I was part of a high producing team responsible for over 15 million dollars annually in residential sales. Working in one of the most competitive and fast moving markets in the country reinforced the importance of pricing strategy, proactive marketing, and helping clients make confident decisions under pressure. I’m excited to bring those skills to my business in Eastern Iowa.

Before real estate, I built a strong background in life insurance sales, roofing sales, and business to business sales. Those experiences taught me how to protect clients financially, communicate clearly, and follow through on important commitments, skills that now translate into a straightforward and dependable real estate experience for both buyers and sellers.

I’m deeply connected to the Cedar Rapids community and enjoy supporting local businesses like Eco Lips, Brewhemia, and SOKO Outfitters. Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about making music and have performed in cities including Atlanta, Denver, Chicago, Minneapolis, and many more. Music has been a creative outlet that’s taught me discipline, preparation, and the value of showing up consistently, lessons I carry into my work with clients every day.
