Wendell Miller joined Skogman Realty in 2011.  He has worked as a real estate agent since 2003 and in 2010 passed his Broker License.  Since joining Skogman, he has sales/leasing volume of over $20,000,000.  He has also passed the CCIM Introduction course.

Wendell has been involved with multi-family management since 1994.  Since joining Skogman, he has gained expertise in the commercial market for leasing and sales of commercial properties. 

From 1972 to 1994, he was employed by an agri business company and served as the company’s Human Resource Manager and also supervised the Credit Department.  While serving as Credit Manager for the company, he was President of the NACM, National Association of Credit Management (Iowa Chapter).  He then owned and operated a retail business until 2001, when he joined a property management company where he was the manager of 13 condo associations in the Iowa City/Coralville area. 

Wendell has also served as a board member of the Iowa Soccer Club in Iowa City and various capacities in his church, most recently serving as Church Moderator.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Ten Thousand Villages Inc. Iowa City, a non-profit that is fundraising to begin a retail store in Iowa City. 

Mr. Miller has a BBA in Business Administration from the University of Iowa where his major focus was Human Resources and Insurance.  He is married and has 6 grandsons.
