Rocky is a native of Cedar Rapids and has lived here her entire life. She chose to raise her two daughters here and they have attended public schools and the University of Iowa for their secondary education.

Rocky has over 25 years of proven sales and marketing experience. She joined Skogman Realty in 2012 and was the recipient of the Rookie of the Year award and the Rising Star award.

Whether it’s first time home buyers, families purchasing a larger home for their kids or empty nesters, Rocky takes the time to listen to get to understand her clients needs and lead them through the home purchase process worry free.

Rocky believes in order to best serve her clients well she needs to be continuously challenging herself and thus she obtained her broker license in 2017. She also has expanded her skill set by gaining valuable experience in new construction. She has worked hand in hand with many of the premiere builders in the Cedar Rapids metropolitan area.

Being a Cedar Rapids native it is no surprise Rocky also has a special expertise in relocation. She loves nothing more than welcoming relocation clients to her hometown and being their “CR Connection” for whatever they need. Doctors, lawyers, schools, coaches. She takes great pride in making people immediately feel like they will be a welcomed member in our community.

In her free time Rocky enjoys running, biking, cooking and spending time with her husband and family. She also enjoys going on long walks with their family golden doodle named Hugo.
