An Iowa native, I found myself calling the Iowa City area 'home'. Interest in real estate began in the early 80's and stayed in the back of my mind until I followed my dream and became a licensed Realtor in 2004. I've enjoyed many accomplishments but these certainly stand out. Being awarded the 2005 PROFESSIONAL NEWCOMER OF THE YEAR was perhaps the one that affirmed I had chosen MY perfect career path. In 2020, I was awarded the Sara Vancara Award and in 2021, I was awarded the Distinguished Service Award.

With a strong belief in life-long learning I stay active in continuing my real estate education to better help You. I have several designations including the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), CRS (Council of Residential Specialists), GRI (Graduate, Real Estate Institute), SPS (Strategic Pricing Specialist) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist) designations. These offer me additional knowledge and resources to better serve you. My CRS designation involves me at both the state & national level of RRC (Residential Real Estate Council). As the 2020, 2024 and 2025 Iowa State President for the Council, I find myself surrounded by the top 3% of Realtors nationwide. This peer group only benefits You, my Client!

I stay involved within my Local and State Realtor Associations as well as involvement in community groups such as 100 Women Who Care and the Iowa City Pilot Club. Within my company, I was honored to be awarded the 2020 Sara Vancura Award. This award acknowledges my passion for education through pre-license teaching and sharing my expertise within my company and industry.
