Jill Monnahan and Jacey Slaton—sisters, friends, and business partners who bring a combined 40+ years of real estate experience to the Cedar Rapids area. Raised in a household with hardworking, self-employed parents, we learned early the values of motivation, dedication, and exceptional service.

Our partnership began in March 2016, blending Jill’s extensive experience in real estate since 1998 with Jacey’s background in interior design and mortgage loan closing. This synergy allows us to offer a comprehensive approach to buying and selling homes, ensuring our clients receive well-rounded expertise and support.

Meet Jill

Jill has been a full-time REALTOR® since 1998, known for her commitment and deep understanding of the local market. She lives in Cedar Rapids with her husband, Chuck, and their two dogs. When not assisting clients, Jill enjoys camping, home improvement projects, kayaking, and spending quality time with friends and family. Fun fact: she co-designed a product called Pocket Plus, which is sold worldwide.

Meet Jacey

Jacey entered the real estate scene in 2005, bringing a unique blend of interior design expertise and experience in mortgage loan closing. She resides just outside of Ely with her husband, Joe, their ​three sons, and a lively household of pets and chickens. Jacey's hands-on experience in construction and design, combined with her real estate knowledge, provides clients with valuable insights into every aspect of home buying and selling.
