As Vice President of Agent Development, I focus on supporting the growth, development, and long term success of our agents at every stage of their careers. My role centers on attracting talent and building training programs, coaching opportunities, and educational initiatives that help agents strengthen their skills, grow their businesses, and reach their full potential.

One of the key programs I oversee is our Edge Academy, an 80 hour program designed for new and transfer agents joining Skogman Realty. This program provides the structure, training, and resources agents need to build a strong foundation and confidently navigate the real estate industry.

In addition, I help create our annual CEU plan and educational focus to ensure our agents continue learning and evolving throughout their careers. By staying current with industry trends and best practices, I work to ensure our agents remain competitive and well prepared to meet the changing demands of today’s real estate market.

As a member of the Skogman Realty Leadership Team, I collaborate with other leaders to ensure our development programs align with the company’s broader vision and continue to support the long term success of our agents.
