I handle residential, commercial, and investment real estate in Iowa City, Cedar Rapids, and the surrounding areas. I represent buyers and sellers, help business owners find space to lease or purchase, and work with investors evaluating rental and small commercial property.

I came to real estate from the construction side, with civil engineering, surveying, and concrete inspection on commercial DOT projects, and since 2017 I have owned and operated RK Development Group, a home building company. So when we walk a property, I can tell you what the condition, the site work, and the build out will actually cost. I own investment property myself, so I know what the numbers have to look like for a deal to work.
