As a husband-wife duo, family is incredibly important to Daric and Annie Kaestner. With that, treating clients like family is how they do business. They have consistently ranked among the top teams in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas for the last ten years. Daric and Annie are dedicated to being communicative, thorough, and detail-oriented – they’ll be alongside you every step of the way.

Annie was born and raised outside of Ames, Iowa yet remains a die-hard Hawkeye fan. She’s always up to talk about her kids, food (specifically sweets!), baking, running and of course – real estate! Annie is currently serving on the Board of Directors with the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors, she is a part of multiple committees within the board and helps lead the CRAAR’s involvement in serving meals at the Mission of Hope throughout the year. She was also honored as the CRAAR’s 2019 Realtor of Year.

Daric grew up on a dairy farm in rural Benton County, believing in hard work and always helping a neighbor in need. Daric enjoys spending time with family, being active in the church, and working with his hands, whether working on cars or home renovations.

Daric and Annie live in Atkins with their four active children; Madi, Ally, Avary and Christopher.
