Leslie grew up on a fully operational farm in Linn County and has a B.A. in Communications from the University of Iowa.  Still an avid Hawkeye football fan, Leslie enjoys game day at Kinnick, along with yoga, live music, urban condo-life in downtown Cedar Rapids, and keeping up with her two adult children.
