Iowa Real Estate Pre-licensing Online Class
Skogman Realty has teamed up with ReCampus to offer 
the Iowa Real Estate Pre-licensing class online.
The class consists of National Real Estate Principles and Iowa Real Estate Principles. The class covers concepts of real and personal property, forms of ownership, and Iowa real estate license law, rules and regulations.
As a requirement of license renewal in Iowa, each real estate professional must complete a minimum of 36 hours of approved programs, courses or activities.
