Skogman Realty's SkillPath training offers 30 hours of training to help prepare new agents for a successful career in real estate.

Development Center

Upon completion of Skogman Realty's SkillPath training, new associates join Skogman Realty's Development Center. Our Center provides an additional 80 hours of hands-on mentoring with real-life scenarios, role-plays, calculator classes and one-on-one feedback for building confidence and poise.
