Real Estate Class Information
- Our pre-license real estate class is offered on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6-9 p.m. and on Saturday's from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The class lasts for 6 weeks for a total of 60 hours.

Students must complete the entire 60 hours in order to receive credit for the class.

All missed classes must be made up. (In some instances the classes can be made up at Kirkwood's pre-license class.)

Classes are offered at Skogman Real Estate School 4-5 times a year.

The cost of the class is $450.00 which includes the book "Modern Real Estate Practices" and a classroom workbook. Full payment must be received prior to the first class.
NOTE: Skogman Realty must have 8 students pre-registered a week prior to class, if not the class will be cancelled. Students wishing to register the night of class will be allowed to do so, but there must be at least 8 pre-registered for the class to be held, so please register early.
Real Estate Exam

The pre-license class completion will qualify you to take the real estate exam.

The exam is administered locally by PSI.

The cost to take the exam is $95.00.

Students must pass exams to affiliate with a broker and work with customers and clients.

Student does not have to affiliate with Skogman Realty in order to take this class.
