Tell your Skogman real estate agent you wish to purchase a home contingent upon a guaranteed trade-in for your current home.

Skogman Realty will arrange for an independent appraisal of your current home and present you with a written Guaranteed Trade-In price.

Skogman Realty will list your current home for sale. If we sell it for more than the Guaranteed Trade-In price, you will keep the higher amount. If your home is not sold prior to closing on your new home, we will purchase it for the Guaranteed Trade-In price.
