Prior to moving the Cedar Rapids 13 years ago, I was the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager for Maricopa County in Arizona, managing a $2 billion portfolio as well as serving as the treasurer for 56 school districts.
I built a successful career in real estate starting in the relocation department of Skogman Realty 7 years ago.  I helped establish a very successful program working with large employers and subsequently I expanded my career as a full service realtor.  I earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation through education, production and experience.  I am consistently among the top producers at Skogman.  My philosophy is simple:  listen carefully, exhibit high integrity and work hard.  I communicate information to buyers and sellers in a timely manner and my financial background enables me to interpret market trends and chart various market metrics.
