Spring has sprung and that means that farmers’ market season has begun! Find locally-grown produce, farm-fresh eggs, flowers, jams, honey and more at all the local farmers’ markets. We have created the ultimate guide for all of the Corridor-area farmers’ markets to make it easy for you to shop any day of the week.


Cedar Rapids Farmers’ Market

Coordinated by the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance, the Cedar Rapids Farmers’ Market is one of the largest open air markets in the Midwest and averages 14,000 patrons per market day. The market features nearly 200 local Iowa vendors and a wide variety of products including fresh produce, flowers, meats, artisan gifts and more. For more information, visit here.

Saturdays 7:30 am to 12 pm on the following dates: May 26, June 2, June 16, July 7, July 21, August 4, August 18 and September 1.


Coralville Farmers’ Market

Visit the Coralville Farmers’ Market on Monday nights from 5 to 7 pm in the Coralville Community Aquatic Center parking lot at 1513 7th Street. View special dates and events here.

Ely Farmers’ Market

Located at the Community Center Lawn, the Ely Farmers’ Market is on Wednesdays from 4 to 6:30 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 12 pm. Find more information on their Facebook page.

Iowa City Farmers’ Market

The City of Iowa City Parks and Recreation Department operates the Iowa City Farmers’ Market located at the Chauncey Swan Ramp at 405 E. Washington Street on Wednesdays and Saturdays. For more information about vendor maps, payment methods and special events, visit here.

Marion Farmers’ Market

The Marion Farmers’ Market is located at Taube Park on Saturdays from 8 to 11:30 am. The season opens on May 5th and goes to September 29th. Find more information about the market here.

Noelridge Farmers’ Market in Cedar Rapids

The Cedar Rapids Parks and Recreation Department operates the Noelridge Farmers’ Market from May through October. The market is open Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4 to 6 pm. Find more information here.

North Liberty Farmers’ Market / Penn Landing Market

The current managers are unable to continue operating the market and are seeking others who may be able to support the operations of the market. For updates on when the market may open in 2018 or if you’d like to help, visit their Facebook page.


Solon Farmers’ Market

Visit the Solon Farmers’ Market, located in the parking lot of Mushroom Park. It’s on Tuesdays from 3 to 6 pm, starting May 29th and running until October 9th. Other days the market will be open are Sunday, May 27th and Saturday, June 2nd from 8-11 am. View more information about the market here.

Swisher Farmers’ Market
