Corridor Area Easter Egg Hunts 2018 Feature Image

Get your kids amped up for Easter with these fun, family-friendly egg hunts and other EGG-celent activities going on in the Corridor. The events begin on Saturday, March 24th and go through Saturday, March 31st.

Saturday, March 24th

Easter Egg Hunt
10:30 am Sharp
North Liberty Recreation Center

Candy is spread on the ground. If inclement weather, the event will be moved inside. Sponsored by North Liberty Optimist Club and Recreation Department. For supervised kids ages 10 years and under.

Iowa City Mom Blog’s 5th Annual Easter Egg Hunt
9:30 am – 11 am

There will be fun games and activities, photos with the Easter Bunny, and the giant easter egg grab. Be sure to bring baskets/buckets for all of your little ones because they will go home with a bunch of candy/toy-filled eggs. Children are $5 each and adults and babies under 1 are free. 15th Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Volunteers will hide the eggs Saturday morning before the hunt. There will not be a cap on how many eggs each child will be able to pick up until the morning of the hunt. This number will depend on how many participants attend. Younger children will get a head-start. All are invited to attend!

There will be several stations to explore with crafts, songs, games, prizes, playtime, cookie decorating, and the true story of Easter. The event will conclude with an egg hunt! Everyone is welcome!

Easter Egg Extravaganza 2018
10:00 am – 3:00 pm

There will be 3 age groups: 3 years and under, 4-6 years old and 7-10 years old. In between the egg hunts enjoy bounce houses, teeter-totters, slingshots (weather permitting), 18 hole mini-golf, giant Jenga, giant Connect 4 and the magician, Tim Stolba! Take your picture with the Easter Bunny too! Please bring your own camera. All paid participants will each receive a gift bag once they turn in their eggs. Parent supervision required, no charge for adults.

Egg Hunt Schedule: 3 years and under: 10:00-10:25 am
4-6 years old: 11:15-11:40 am
7-10 years old: 12:30-12:55 pm
All ages egg hunt: 3:00-3:25 pm
Magic shows at 10:30 and 11:45 with the Magic of Tim Stolba!

Glow in the Dark Easter Egg Hunt

The Easter Bunny will be in the park for pictures starting at 6 pm and the Easter egg hunt will start at 7:30 pm. The eggs will be filled with non-food prizes making this event safe for kids with food allergies. Help support the North Liberty Community Pantry by bringing an item to donate. This event is put on by Kiwanis in North Liberty and JCI Johnson County.

Come on out to Bloomsbury Farm for the first event of the season! Your ticket will include: a visit with and fun interaction with the Easter Bunny, an Easter basket for children, breakfast buffet, cookie decorating, coloring, and admission to the farm: barnyard buddies, jumping pillow, barrel train rides, hay rack ride, giant chair, corn box, slides, and more!

Come for fun and excitement with the HOP to the Movies event! Your ticket will include: pictures with the Easter Bunny, coloring & craft stations, in-theatre Easter egg hunt at 9:30 a.m. and Hop movie showing at 10 am. Tickets are $8 per person

Hyvee’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt

Get egg-cited to chase after over 1,000 eggs, including 3 golden eggs, one per field, that contain special prizes. The 3 fields will feature the following age ranges, 3 & under, 4-6 and 7-10. The hunt will start promptly at 11 am.

Children age 0 to 12 are invited to join the Collins Community Credit Union Marion team for their annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, March 31 at 1:30 pm at the Peg Pierce Softball Diamonds in Marion. To ensure safety for the kiddos and a fun time by all, the children will be separated into three age groups, 0-4 year olds, 5-7 year olds, and 8-12 year olds.
