"This guy (Mark Prahm) is a rock star.
We've only know him for a short four weeks, but they have been fabulous.
Week #1: Showed us several houses, making it work at our requested times.
Found a house we loved and helped us through the offer, counter-offer dance!
Week #2: Offer accepted. Mark got the ball rolling with the process of inspections and such (we had no idea).
Week #3: Put our house on the market. Mark ran the comps and priced it appropriately (more than we expected) and sold it in three days.
Week #4: Closed on our new house and moved in. Buyers closed on our old house and he delivered the check.
It's been a whirl-wind, but he was right there all the way, answering any questions and doing the dirty work. Thanks Mark!!"
