• Tell your SR associate you wish to purchase a home contingent upon a GTIP for your old one.



• We will have your current home independently appraised and present you with a written Guaranteed Trade-In Price.



• We will list your home. If we sell it for more than the Guaranteed Trade-In Price, you will keep the higher amount.



• If your home is not sold prior to closing, we will purchase it for the Guaranteed Trade-In Price.



• We will coordinate possession dates to simplify your move.
