Founded in 1973 by Rick Skogman, we are the largest locally owned real estate company in East-Central Iowa with 185 full-time sales assoicates and five offices in four locations.

In recent years we have added on-site mortgage consultants at each office, a full service closing staff that enable in-house closings, as well as abstracting and title services.
